Our Day-of Wedding Coordination service is designed to ensure your wedding day runs smoothly, on time, and without unnecessary stress. We step in as your point of contact, manage the timeline, and oversee the flow of events so you can be fully present and enjoy every moment. Day-of Coordination includes rehearsal coordination the day prior, detailed timeline creation, vendor communication, and on-site coordination on the wedding day. We guide your wedding party, cue key moments, and ensure everything aligns with your vision and vendor contracts. This service focuses on oversight and coordination only and does not include physical décor setup or teardown unless added separately. Optional services such as décor setup, florals, food service support, and staffing may be added based on availability. Our goal is simple: calm guidance, clear communication, and a wedding day that feels organized, supported, and stress-free.
In addition to our Day-of Wedding Coordination, Wicked Women Rentals offers a variety of optional event services designed to support your ceremony and reception with flexibility and care. These services may be added based on availability, venue requirements, and your specific event needs.
Additional services are not included in Day-of Coordination unless specifically contracted in writing.
Décor Setup & Teardown
Full setup and teardown for both the ceremony and reception, including décor styling and floral placement to ensure your event space reflects your vision.
Ceremony Florals
Floral options for the ceremony, including altar arrangements, focal pieces, and simple styling elements. Custom designs and larger installations are quoted separately.
Table Bussing & Clearing
Ongoing clearing of tables and décor areas throughout the event to maintain a clean, polished atmosphere.
Food Setup & Service Assistance
Support with food setup, service flow, and teardown for non-catered or drop-off catering services (no food preparation unless permitted).
Event Servers
Professional event servers available for food and beverage service, ensuring smooth guest experience and efficient service flow.
Bartending Services
Bartending services are available where permitted by venue policies and applicable local laws. Service may include bar setup, service, and breakdown based on package selection.
